Modern Slavery Policy for Web Bridges LTD

Web Bridges LTD is committed to upholding ethical and responsible business practices throughout our operations and supply chains. Modern slavery is a serious crime and violation of fundamental human rights, and we have a zero-tolerance approach to it.

This policy outlines our commitment to preventing modern slavery and its associated practices, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. These practices involve the deprivation of a person's liberty by another to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

Our Commitment:

• We will act ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

• We will implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.

• We will expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.

• We will include specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour in our contracting processes.

• We will hold ourselves and our suppliers accountable to uphold these standards.

Scope of the Policy:

This policy applies to all persons working for, or on behalf of, Web Bridges LTD in any capacity. This includes:

• Employees at all levels

• Directors and Officers

• Agency workers

• Seconded workers

• Volunteers

• Interns

• Agents

• Contractors

• External consultants

• Third-party representatives

• Business partners  

Responsibilities:

• Web Bridges LTD has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy complies with our legal and ethical obligations and that all those under our control comply with it.

• We will implement and monitor this policy, address any queries, and audit internal control systems to ensure their effectiveness in countering modern slavery.

• Management at all levels is responsible for ensuring those reporting to them understand and comply with this policy. They will receive adequate training on modern slavery and its identification within supply chains.  

Reporting Concerns:

We encourage all employees and anyone working with Web Bridges LTD to report any concerns they may have about modern slavery in our business or supply chains. Reports can be made to:
